TRANSFORM powering digital transformation in 2023

That’s why TRANSFORM remains one of the most important programmes from Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet - as it offers businesses and participants a range of very valuable benefits.
“The TRANSFORM partnership brings together the sector, key agencies and future-oriented companies to build essential capabilities,” adds Una.
TRANSFORM offers participants professional diplomas in Business Innovation and Digital Transformation, accredited by Technological University Dublin (TUD).
Level 9 is for those in a leadership or influencer role who haveresponsibility for setting the direction of the business and helping to navigate through a period of change and digital transformation.
Level 8 is for professionals from any business area who want to evolve and develop with the pace of digital change, to understand new technologies, and hone the uniquely human capabilities needed for the work of the future.
The TRANSFORM journey helps participants to appreciate the strategic importance of Digital Transformation and the key characteristics of ‘digital future ready’ companies.
It also enables them to understand how to articulate what transformation and disruption means for an organisation and how to create effective business strategies to deliver digital transformation.
The learning experience is flexible – and fun too. There are four 2-day modules, delivered virtually over four-months with self-directed assignments and a collaborative Business Innovation Challenge.
