The European Institute for Gender Equality (an EU body) carried out an analysis in 2017 to identify the top 10 best practice initiatives across the EU to foster the inclusion of Women in ICT.

Women ReBOOT was selected as one of the 10, out of 80 submissions from researchers in EU member states.

The Women ReBOOT best practice EIGE case study has now been published and highlights our unique, sector-led approach to combat the skills shortage and persistent gender inequality, connecting companies with a business need for new talent streams with qualified and experienced women seeking to return to tech after a career break.

It is an honour for Software Skillnet and Technology Ireland to be recognised and credit is due to University College Dublin for their work as the Irish research centre for EIGE.
